Ingredients:
2 pounds of meat, pork, or chicken
1 tbsp Seasoning Sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced (optional)
2 tbsp tomato sauce
¼ cup of chopped cilantro
1 tbsp of Seasoning Salt
1 cup of water
Instructions:
Marinate the protein of your choice with the Seasoning Sauce for at least 15 minutes (even from the day before).
Heat oil and sugar in a pan until the sugar turns dark brown (but not black).
Add the chicken and cook for about 2 minutes without stirring. Turn the pieces once they’re golden. (Do not cover.)
Add the Seasoning Salt, onion, and tomato sauce and water. Adjust salt to taste.
Cover for about 15 minutes over low heat.
Add the cilantro and cover for 3 more minutes.
Enjoy!
You can use pork chops, lamb, or any other meat.
